Knife holder and bottom knives without fixing are suitable for these pneumatic knife shafts. The cutting widths are set within seconds by means of these shafts. As these shafts are suitable for machines equipped with automatic knife position systems, it is also suitable for machines with manual position. The core is hardened and coated with hard chrome. After production, these shafts are tested and balanced if necessary for optimum work.

Depending on the size of the outer diameter, the shafts are provided with 3 or 5 clamping channels so that the knives get the best hold. As the flat hose inside the channels is filled with air, the lower blades are fixed as a result of the rubber shoes on it pressing on the inner diameters of the lower blades. As required, these shafts are made in different diameters and lengths with minimal level accuracy.
