Knife holders, which fix the upper knives to the knife shaft, are produced with different hardening methods and are produced by applying anti-corrosion coating.

Knife holders, spacers between which you can create the desired slitting width, are placed on the knife shaft alternately with their holders and tightened with a nut, allowing the holders to be fixed to the knife shaft.
Pneumatic blade is placed on the shaft according to the slicing widths and air is supplied to the blade shaft, allowing the holders to be fixed to the pneumatic blade shaft.
